First start off with combining the cornflour and ¾ cup of water in a bowl and stir very well. Then put aside.
Then heat the oil well in a broad saucepan, add the ginger, green chillies and garlic and sauté at a medium heat for 30 seconds.
Now add the schezuan sauce, spring onions, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix good and cook keep cooking at medium heat a minute, while stirring occasionally.
Add the cornflour-water mixture together salt. Then mix well and cook medium heat for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
